Live Account Holders: Before you can properly use FX AccuCharts, and trade directly from the charts, there are two steps to take:

1. Download GTS Pro
2. Change your password. Passwords must be 8 characters long and be alphs-numeric.
If you do not install GTS Pro, you will be unable to trade from the charts using FX AccuCharts.

Trouble logging into your platform, please follow these steps:

1. Carefully re-enter the user name and password into the login box. Please note the login
     information is case sensitive. If you are cutting and pasting the username and password,
     try inputting the information manually.


2. If you are having trouble logging in, ensure that your username and password are typed
     exactly as they appear in the email and that there are no extra characters such as
     spaces at the end.
