Q: What are your commissions and fees?
A:
Working with FX Solutions, you are dealing directly with the market maker. In this electronic exchange, there are no ticket costs and brokerage fees. Executing a trade with FX Solutions incurs only the costs reflected in the bid/ask spread.
Q: What are your trading hours?

24-hour support is available to FX Solutions customers from 17:15 Eastern Time Sunday through 16:30 Eastern Time Friday. For support availability during major holidays, see the home page of the FX Solutions website, which will show any holiday hour changes for the current week.
Q: Does FX Solutions offer any additional services?

FX Solutions believes strongly in the importance of education for successful Forex trading. CFD trading, and trading in spot metals. Customers will find a number of educational resources
on our website to help them learn forex trading, including tutorials designed to show you how to trade forex on the GTS platform.
Many trading tools are available with the GTS platform. These include news feeds in real time; audible price alarms; the unique FX AccuCharts plug-in; and a sophisticated Instrument Calculator combining margin, pip and premium variables.
Q: What are FX Solutions' margin requirements?
A:
Unlike most of its competitors, FX Solutions' GTS Pro platform calculates margin in "real-time" based on the currency pair traded. With FX Solutions your margin will be determined by the amount of leverage you select within the Global Trading System platform.
Q: Can I place orders over the phone?
A:
Yes, FX Solutions customers may place trading orders by phone. The dealing desk will quote the customer a two way price and the customer may deal on either side; the dealing desk will then confirm the trade back to the customer.
